The Tabi varietal is a resistant hybrid by nature. Tobi varietal coffee trees were created as a response to coffee leaf rust. Coffee leaf rust affects the plants by covering leaf surface area and destroyed cell function resulting in a reduction in the rate of photosynthesis. Tabi trees also require less herbicides and fertiliser.
The typical black tea aroma, red cherry notes, rounded yet tangy sweetness with a clove finish.
