Fazenda São João has its own mill (recently updated with new equipment) where cherry selection, depulping, and drying are meticulously executed.
Décio Bruxels lot is the largest contributor to this coffee. Décio is a gaucho (cowboy) from Arroio do Meio. This cowboy isn’t shooting a cap gun, this coffee is a real banger. Slightly more complex than it’s predecessor, Jorge Barakat. Its got punchy dark chocolate vibes with almond tasty tastes and a dried cherry acidity.
