Pinkie Patisserie

Since they launced their new shop on the Stratumsedijk in 2020, the duo behind Pinkie Patisserie have made a name for themselves. They do not only treat their own guests with pastries, but also supply other venues with their beautiful creative and innovative sweet treats.

As you enter Pinkie your eye gets immediately drawn to the vintrine that’s filled with beautiful cakes that look like they took hours to compose. Some people only go in to pick up their cake-orders or to buy some chocolates or pastries, while others decide they like to sit down and have a coffee and a cake. They also offer high-tea’s and what is a better place to have a high tea than a patisserie really.

Specialty coffee and pastries of this level are a perfect combination if you as kus. Team Pinkie visited us in the roastery and chose a coffee to match with their carefully crafted sweets. For now they have chosen our Décio from Brasil. A coffee with notes of almonds, dried cherry and ferrerro rocher. Nice and smooth with milk also. And just perfect if you combine it with a cake. For example the velvetty one with chocolate, caramel ganache and coffee creme. Or the milky pear/cinnamon one, or the vanilla/sereh/citrus or…… well have a look yourself.

You might have a hard time choosing between allll the delicious pastries they offer, but who said you’re only allowed to visit them once ;-).
