When will I receive my order?
Your order will roll over on your selected frequency. Monthly subscriptions renew on the third of each month, while biweekly subscriptions renew every second Wednesday. Both frequencies will be processed on the next fulfillment day after they preroll - either Tuesday or Thursday.
Either we hand it over to the postage services that afternoon, in which you will receive an email with a track and trace code. Or if you have selected pick up, you will receive a ready for pick up notice. Local deliveries head out on the Friday following the reroll by bike.
Can I pause/cancel my subscription
All subscription can be edited in your personal subscription environment. The log in details are sent when you place your initial order.
Can I pick the coffee in my subscription
We offer two different types of subscriptions.
The Curated Discovery gives you one coffee per month to fully explore. The following month, we will select a new "coffee of the month" for you to receive next month. This way we can ensure you get zero repeats and have room to dial in your coffee & explore each side of it.
For example, selecting 3x250g will give you 750g of that month's curated coffee. Next month you'll receive 750g of a new coffee.
The First Chance Second Chance works differently.
You choose a category first:
- Daily Drivers, coffees with low acidity and a crowd pleasing quality. Think of coffees with Chocolate, Nutty and Caramel notes.
- Small Batch Bangers, coffees with more acidity, funkiness, fruitiness. Coffees with more expression.
After choosing a category, you can choose an amount and you will get an assortment:
- 1x250g: one bag of a random coffee we choose for you.
- 2 to 4x250g: multiple bags of different coffees.
- 1KG: one big bag of one random coffee we choose for you.
There is a chance you will get repeat coffees month to month with the First Chance Second Chance. We will do our best to do so only occasionally.
