Some coffees wrap you up like warm chocolate on a rainy morning. Others hit you with strawberries, bubblegum or tropical fruit and leave you wondering how any of that came out of a coffee bean. Those are the coffees we chase.
ROASTING IS ONLY HALF THE STORY
Great coffee starts long before we switch on the roaster. We spend a lot of time tasting coffees from producers all over the world, looking for beans with personality. Sometimes that’s a beautifully balanced natural coffee from Brazil. Sometimes it’s a wild experimental lot from Colombia that tastes more like watermelon candy than coffee.
Once a coffee arrives in Eindhoven, the real fun begins. Every roast gets adjusted, tasted, discussed and roasted again until it feels right. We cup together, compare notes and keep tweaking until the coffee says exactly what we want it to say. It’s a process built on curiosity more than certainty.

FLAVOUR COMES FIRST
We love knowing where a coffee comes from. Who grew it. How it was processed. What variety it is. But those stories become much more interesting once you’ve fallen in love with what’s in your cup. That’s why flavour always leads.
If your coffee reminds you of blueberries, marzipan or orange liquor, we want you to notice that first. Everything else is there when you’re ready to dive deeper.
