Our Roasting style
At Sprout we roast our coffee as light as possible whilst still having all the coffees flavours completely developed within the coffee bean. We believe this is the best way to honour the farmers hard work and dedication they have done at origin. We want to allow those delicious tasting notes that are created where they grow and are processed to really flourish in your daily cuppa Joe.
