About this Coffee

This coffee comes from two smallholders. Their farms are located in the Boquete region of Panama. These farmers only recently started their own coffee plantations, so their coffee trees are still very young and only bring small amounts. The Ruiz family business focuses on building and maintaining close contacts with small-scale coffee farmers, so they can get to know their coffees better and develop new, even better processes together with farmers. Continuing the quality control of these small items gives the Ruiz family the opportunity to find unique items, like this excellent Paché processed as a natural.
